Bruce K. Wilson

A Cornell University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in ornamental horticulture, Bruce is the former president of Environmental Care, Inc., and Vice President of the parent company, Valley Crest Companies. He has held numerous leadership positions in the multibillion dollar landscape industry, including membership on the board of directors for the Associated Landscape Contractors of America, and was chairman of its landscape management division.

Under Bruce's guidance, Environmental Care grew from a single service California operation to the first $100 million dollar multi-service landscape maintenance company in the country. He is the author of Best Practices Articles that appear in Landscape Management Magazine monthly.

Throughout his 30-year career, Bruce has received recognition for his vision and service to the landscape services industry, and for his commitment to environmental stewardship. Bruce has spoken at many industry events over the course of his career.

As architect, founder and former President & CEO of the nations first and then fastest growing landscape maintenance franchise company, Tom has vast experience as an entrepreneur, franchise executive, and business owner.  he founded or co-founded numerous successful companies, to include; The Oyler Bros. Companies, a Florida-based landscape and construction organization, Central Florida Marine, Sunshine State Cypress, Inc., U.S. Home Protect/Protective Coating Group, New South Equipment Mats and Treasure Coast Marina.  Tom was a two-time nominee for the International Franchise Association's Entrepreneur of the Year award, and was recognized by the City of Orlando as it Businessman of the Year.

Tom is a motivational speaker on human dynamics, market positioning, customer service and branding. His commitment to industry professionalism is reinforced through affiliations with the American Landscape Contractor's Association, Professional Lawn Care Association of America, Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment, Florida Irrigation Society, the International Franchise Association, and numerous marine trade associations.
