Landscape Company Performance Grading System

Landscape Company Performance Grading System is a template for completing a self-assessment of the performance fitness of your company.  The tool allows Business Owners and Managers to score nine (9) critical areas of their company and is extremely useful in tracking specific performance of a branch, a region, a division or a department.  Once a grade is established action steps, timelines, and accountable employees are determined.  Scoring can be done as often as you desire but performing audits can be time consuming, so we recommend a quarterly review leading to an annual performance summary.

The labor manager is a spread sheet tool that you can use to track labor hours against budgeted hours. It is set up to track labor weekly and show the average hours being spent versus budget and shows the amount of hours over or under budget for the period by job.
